All apartments have their own fully equipped kitchenettes and private en-suite bathrooms. They are turn key and equipped with freshly made beds and fresh towels over heated towel racks. Neutrally painted white with hardwood floors, all statthaus units are individually furnished with modern elements in combination with exquisite, yet sturdy antique pieces (mostly Biedermeier and mid-Century).
Every unit comes with free powerful WiFi, smart TV and an intercom system at the door, as well as mailbox and personalized doorbell on request.
In addition, we offer all cleaning and laundry services, which can be booked as required. In the laundry room in the basement, the coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located are available to all guests. Additional devices such as microwave or dvd player can be provided for a small fee. Cleaning utensils and vacuum cleaners are available at any time, free of charge.
